All positions require a person who possesses a personal faith in Jesus Christ and a heart to see youth know Christ; ability to build into, inspire and walk alongside youth as an informal mentor; a team player. Experience or training in youth work, small group work or counselling is an asset. We do our best to work with our Youth Worker applicants to assess where they would best fit within the organization, creating a job description that would best suit the applicant's strengths and calling.

These positions are paid on a missionary basis and require a supportive home church and the gathering of a personal support team. Salary is determined on a scale based on education and experience.
